My daughters trust fund is with brittania - they spelt her name wrong (it was definitely right on the form, I know how to spell my own childs name ) and we have told them to change it twice - put some money in 2 weeks ago, and it's still spelt wrong!

My OH got a letter from Vision Express the other day telling him he was due and eye test. The bizarre thing was that sent to our house in Brixham, Devon where we live now telling him to book an appointment at the Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire branch! He did used to work in Aylesbury but you'd have thought if they'd sent it to Devon, they wouldn't tell you to use Aylesbury branch! DUH!!
