Had my show this morning..

This morning at 8 am I went to the loo and quite unexpectedly got quite a large bloody mucus discharge I called maternity straight away. Took the pad in with me and midwife then confirmed it was definitely the plug. She then did an internal but said that my cervix was still closed tight so couldn't do a sweep, but she said that baby had moved further down and was probably beginning to engage for labour.

I have more crampy period pains down there than EVER now, but at least things are moving in the right direction!!

oooh they say after a bloody show you'll generally go into labour within 24-48 hours

two weeks I had to wait after mine started to go.... but fingers crossed you'll go sooner pregnopaws...
