Had my scan yesterday *Updated with Pics*

Baby is fine, alot bigger than last time! Was a bit disappointed with Babybond..heard alot of good reports about them from you guys but we didn't get much time and only got 4 pictures! We want to have a 4d scan later on so we may go to Bristol instead of Cardiff.

After alot of poking and prodding and waiting for baby to uncross it's legs we found out that we're having a little girl! I hope there's room for me on the pink team...

Thank you guys! I will be having her in the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital! I'm quite excited cause it's all new, the old maternity hospital seemed very creepy (I noticed you were from Devon..do you know Exeter?)

My cousin had her baby in Exeter hospital at the end of Aug. Think it's quite nice...I'm in Brixham so will be having it in Torbay.

I wanted to have her in my home town (Crediton) but they don't have the facilities but I can go there after baby is born.

Which bristol hospital does the 4d scans? I live in swansea and was going to go to Cardiff for one but if it wasnt that good i would drive to bristol for a better one lol

Sorry to hear your BB experience wasn't great. Did you opt for the £95 2D scan? I got 11 pictures with mine..

I had the £79 gender scan. The sonographer and his assistant were lovely, really nice people..we did happen to mention we had alot of people wanting pics (there was my Dad and Stepmum, my Mum and Stepdad, my OHs Parents my Sister and obviously ourselves all wanting a pic) but they only gave us 4 after a short scan. For the amount of money we paid out we felt we could have had a bit more time.

Beth, I think there is a place just outside Bristol..Gloucestershire? Here's the link: http://www.babybond.com/cirencester.html They were really nice in Cardiff, just wasn't worth the money. Maybe I was expecting too much I don't know!

i didnt get enough pics either , hence we got the dvd so we can pull pics of that !

We wanted to get a DVD aswell, cause the brochure gave the option to add either a DVD or 4 4D pics for an extra £66..realised we couldn't have the pics cause they only do 4D stuff from 24 weeks, so thought maybe it would be a 4D DVD aswell and didn't ask. Oh well, we've decided to have a 4D scan at around 6/7 months and have the anomaly (Sp?) scan on the 18th so it's not like we won't see her again till the birth

Thank you! Only just got round to changing my sig cause I've been away! So wierd to see it all in pink, my OH and I were convinced she was going to be a boy..his mum has 2 boys and on my side of the family the boys always come first and a psychic told me I was going to have a boy..just can't get my head round it!
Would definately recommend a private scan, can't get enough of seeing the baby jump around the screen
