Had GTT today

and still waiting for results!!!
My friend is the midwife who was doing it, so i'm sure she'll let me know if there is a problem with my results.
I had to have it as my dad was diagnosed with diabetes a couple of years ago, so I've had to have it with this baby, and Oliver but thankfully didn't have to have it with Benjamin.

Seems like a pointless exercise to me, and a waste of half of my day off!!!

I was told with mine it would take about a week and they would only call if something wasnt right so you may have a bit to wait.

Hope its another negative result for you!

I had to wait 2 weeks for my results, they also did a full blood count at the same time, which I didnt know about, had to go back after a week for a re-test as my white blood count was too high.

The test took ages and the dept was packed full of old dears! Smelled like Coty!
