Went to aquanatal for the first time today, nothing too strenuous. I then walked back to work which is 500 yards and sat at my desk. Only then did I notice I couldn't see properly :(

Wiggles, spots and flashes of light everywhere. People looked like they had been chopped in half and pieced back together skew-wif :(

Rang midwife and advised to go to walkin clinc, BP was 140/80 which is high for me, trace protein. Head started to ache from this point. Decided to go home and relax. If my headache wasn't gone by dinner I was to head to hospital, thankfully it's gone now.

Midwife is now coming over tomorrow to check again. Am getting annoyed as my bp has been up and down for weeks now. I want my baby out now am so worried I might hurt her :(

This is what I hve had the last two days really random question but... Have you got an all over lumpy rash?? I have and mines itching like mad!! Lol I have cream but it's doing nothing I'm gonna mention it again as so itchy lol! Try not to worry too much about the sight thing hun (easier said then done) but I find it don't come as much when I'm relaxed x

It's difficult to say about the rash as I suffer with chronic nettle rash everyday along with eczema. I have got some itchy bite type things, I had them checked last week as MIL had shingles.

I was pretty relaxed yesterday. I enjoyed the aquanatal it wasn't too much for me. I wish I could finish work sooner but I have so much to do, and my maternity leave pay is not enhanced (which it should be but I'm up for redundancy) so I'm working as long as I can.

Good luck with your scan today

Thanks I'm looking forward to the scan feel really positive about it. Yer I have like tiny tiny tiny bites but like 30-100 of them in patches around my body really itchy!? I shall have to mention it again today as it's worrying me. I hope you find financial security soon Hun must be very panicky thinking about money so late in pregnancy x x x x

Definitely get them checked out. No need to worry when they might have something that can help.

I always knew my job wasn't safe as it's fixed term till march 31st but as I work in local government it's easy to move around. But budget pressures now mean my job may go before my contract end date. I am allowed 39 weeks maternity leave though which takes me to July and I can stay on redeployment until then. Also if all is well my 12 weeks half pay will be refunded. It'll all be fine what will be will be :)

Let us know how you get on at the scan in the other thread xx
