Hope it gets things moving for you!
I have a sweep a week tomorrow..do they hurt? I've had alot of internals throughout this pregnancy and swabs taken..is it the same kind of thing? I'm sure at 37+5 my cervix would be too high?

oooh good luck all of you - lot of new babies imminent - very exciting.

I had a sweep at 37 weeks with my dd - she was my second baby - a sweep will only really induce labour if you were going to start soon anyway - I went into labour the following morning and then with ds2 had a sweep on due date and went into labour about an hour later - obviously have a sensitive cervix so will definitely be asking for one this time if I look like going late

Beth and KJL of corse you can join the birth day aslong as like Katie said it's this week!! It would be so perfect if he came during half term and for a few days I didn't have to worry about school runs!

I've got my first sweep tomorrow afternoon. Been getting some period pain, backache and tightenings on and off so I hope my body is ready and it just needs a nudge to get started!

Has anything happened for you over night?? I used my evening primrose capsule how yucky was that

Well i have a few back aches but think that may be the way i slept to make sure the capsule didnt fall out lol

Come on babies either today or tomorrow otherwise you are all evicted and on the naughty step

Well absolutely nothing happened last night - no tightenings and no pains. Oh well!

How about we all go into labour tonight? All together now...PUSH!

Im up for going into labour tonight. Says the loss of dignity tomorrow at midwife when she does sweep. Saying that though. If I went into labour tonight I would lose all dignity tonight outside the delivery suite lol

Hubby is off tomorrow as well so would be timed lovely lol

That would be cool My Dr. did mention that he got disturbed in the middle of his valentines dinner last yr, still not my fault if baby decides to come tomorrow

Well all along i have been due valentines day but have always said that If my little man is born on valentines day I feel sorry for his future girlfriends

He would always use the excuse, Its my birthday so its my day not urs lol So his girlfriend will probably get nothing each valentines day

I will bring my boy up to respect women lol. If only any man does
