Still nothing to report, I've been really active around the house and I've done loads of walking but all its done is make my sciatica 10 times worse! Typical! I've also eaten curry but it just gave me bad wind :oops: :lol:

Im not in tri 3..! But Im on here ALL the time - except being at the meet tomorrow.
