Growth Spurt?

Does anyone remember a bit of a growth spurt around week 17? I'm feeling bloated, a lot of tightening and generally achy. Although, saying that, I have had a bit of a rough few days with my friend being ill as I have had to look after her as she cannot be alone and I'm feeling tired from it (although she is so worth it!!)

Just wondered if anyone else has/remembers a growth spurt around this time?

Yup.. I had one around 16/17 weeks, there will be another one around 22/23 weeks too... Everyone in the past few days... (my mum, my DH, my DD, my MW, mother's at Tia's school) have all said I've just suddenly popped out the past few days... I can't see it My boobs and bump are still competing over which one blocks the view of my feet more atm....although today was the first time the bump looks like it might win...

Did/do you experience the stretching pains again when these growth spurts happen?

I think I'm having one now... I've had a sore bump, achy pains and the baby has slowed down a bit which happened about 4 weeks ago...then my bump literally exploded!!

My bump is not exactly growing but changing shape. We have the baby gaga ticker on our homepage and it gives lots of info on whats going on in the week you're in. Around 17/18 weeks is one of baby's growth spurt times, and I've been feeling the pains Specially shooting down my right side, they make me double over sometimes

I cant see it really but I only had 2days off work and when I went bqck every1 said wow ur getting big now! I just still like a frump
