Groin pains..

I said on here i wasn't going to complain anymore, but its been a couple of hours, and I already have a question! Are groin pains the same sort of thing as stretching pains?? My groin aches like crazy occasionally (alot more when I'm active). Today it hurts like mad. I end up walking like a bloke whose been kneed in the b***s!! Any idea ladies?

Round ligament pain!!

I read that it can start from your groin right up to your hips. If you were to trace the internal pain with your finger it would follow the line of a high leg swimming costume.

Either that or SPD

Yeah it seems so. I have had a fair amount of niggles these past few days and as O said before, they always worry me. So of course, out comes the doppler, we hear Flumps heartbeat loud and strong and we feel better LOL.

I do have an occasional pain in my groin though which is how my sister's SPD started so I'm sat with fingers crossed I don't/won't suffer from that too!!
