Gp appointment Thursday :)

Hi everyone! I've just booked in to see my gp ref ttc, just wondering what you think I should expect?

Last year I had my left ovary and tube removed due to PID, and as a result have already had HSG to check other tube is intact, which it is. I've heard a lot about the lap and dye; am I right in thinking I've effectively already had that done as laparotomy done during my operation, other ovary looked at and presumed okay and then the dye bit is the hsg?

Really looking forward to getting this sorted now Just horrible it has to happen in the first place.

Hi hon I'm not sure but didn't want to read and run. I had an hsg done before I could start clomid but not a lap &dye. Good luck for your appoitnment. How long have you been trying? Xx

Thanks for your reply, been just under a year since we started and nothing has come of it at all.

My appointment went really well, was so happy and am feeling really positive. Because I've had my hsg which came back fine, Dr said he won't even refer me to fertility at the moment, I'm going Back for my 21 day bloods on the 16th and if that shows anything he will sort it himself. So happy In the meantime hubby's gonna get tested so we should hopefully have all our results back in the new year!! It's so nice to finally have some progress. Feel like I'm wishing away Xmas now, but at least that will take my mind off the wait! Xx
