Government Maternity pay!

I have maternity form, I just have no idea what to do with it! Does anyone know of a help line or website which can give me information?

You have your matb1? If you do just give it to your employer, or if you need assistance with maternity allowance I'd check out direct.gov website

Only problem is, I was working as a student teacher at a school and I've been off sick, they've stopped paying me.

I'm still employed even though technically I am not working.

What do I do? Any One been in a similar circumstance? I need some advice

Oh and Ive emailed the school several times no response, I've been communication with someone at the council x
