got my first scan date thru

its in 2weeks time, they said because its before 12weeks they might not give me a 12week scan- in which case i guess we will just get a private one as last time i had a miscarriage it was detected at the scan with no symptoms so i dont know how long baby would of stayed in there otherwise...

ill be 9w since lmp then but they are estimating me at 8weeks at that point because i have quite long cycles tho the doctor didnt worry too much about that so i think my due date will go back a bit. hopefully all will be ok, i havent seen the midwife yet but i dont suppose that matters too much. the hospital remembered from last time which i was surprised about

hope other october girls are ok...i wonder if ill end up a november girl xxx

Thats great your getting your scan so soon I don't know when mine will be but if it's not til I'm 12 wks I've decided to get a private scan before then.

You'll find out exactly when your due - how exciting

thats what i was going to do! but seeing as i have an early one ill just get a private 12week one...they didnt say for definate but at least im prepared, yes i want a halloween baby xxx (tho of course id settle for an any-date baby)

12 weeks is such a long time to make us wait for out first scans I think...... it's a shame they don't offer an earlier one too

id like a scan every week! hehe but i guess they have to do slots they feel are most important, i can understand but its just so exciting
