Goodbye girls & thanks!

Some of you will know I miscarried recently. Has been awful but am slowly getting there and trying to get back to normal.

I am going to be signing off for a while now as me and my OH have decided that we are going to wait to towards the end of the year to try again. The baby wasnt planned and had come at a really bad time for us but despite that we were getting our head around it and so are still very sad for our loss. So I am going to try and have a good summer as I have 3 weddings and hen dos to go to and then hope to start trying Oct/Nov this year.

I feel that by keeping on visiting this site I will only dwell further on what I have lost. However I fullt intend on coming back on here Oct/Nov when we TTC.

I want to say a huge THANK YOU to you all for all of your support and advice throughout. Its such an amazing thing to have this forum. To those of you who like me have been unlucky enough to have lost a child good luck. To those of you having a healthy pregnancy enjoy it and good luck too.

A thought...although its a tough time it helps to remember there is always someone worse off than you...

I met with a close friend of mine yesterday who is 6.5 months pg. They found abnormalities with the heart and brain and she is having to travel to Manchester and Sheffield for scans etc. Se doesnt know if she will have to terminate and if not and she gives birth her little man may not survive. She is having to wait weeks for scans and feels him kicking and he is growing.

She cant buy anything for him and cant really bond with him. Seeing and talking to her really put things into perspective for me. Although any loss at any stage is just awful and I am feeling it I cant imagine being in that position.

I am praying for her now and hoping that there is a positive outcome.

I also feel lucky to be blessed with 2 gorgeous and healthy boys but baby no 3 will never be forgotten - he/she is my little angel and I have to believe that I will in the near future have a happy ending. Wont be trying till the end of the year so watch this space and might see some of you again.

We had exactly the same situation last year hun, MC in May and waited until December to try again, it really does help to give yourself a few months to get back to 'normal' and concentrate on other things for a while. Wishing you all the best for the year ahead xx
