i was planning on getting jordens dvd when i have had my lil boy, she has had 2 babies one csection and she looks amazing i was watching her show and she said her vid is aimed more towards after pregnancy
Ive got that! just not got round to taking the plastic wrapper off yet! lol ill let you know what i think when i get round to doing it though
i have both jordan and charlie brooks and i have to say that the jordan 1 is boring and repetitive, the charlie brooks 1 is brilliant, not like most of them u actually see her struggle lol!!!and it works, u feel it work
I was really lucky and am smaller now than before I was pregnant but want to tone a bit and have just bought the hotpants workout by Kylies Choreographer, focuses on bums hips thighs and belly, I got it for £1.50 on ebay! Bargain, according to my mate who has 3 kids it really works. xxxx
