Think Henry has caught DH's hold :(

He sounds sniffly as he feeds and has become really fussy this evening.

Any tips on what can help him?

You could try putting the shower on so it steams up the room then put him in the room for a short while. The steam could help to unblock his nose x

hun...weve jad exactlybsame...apparently it can b the nasal membranes developing n they dnt have the muscles mature enuf tvsnuff bk n swallow at the same time.
we were yold yo.put a bowl of boilin water nxt to moses basket t steam his nose...on the floor is fine.....n roll a small towel n place it under his sheet in his moses...where his head goes...so its slighty elevated without bein ridiculous.we tried it last night for the first time n its wrked great xxxxxx

We have the same tonight. I've put snuffle babe on his feet tonight.

You feel so sorry for them don't you x

Cazza what isms snuffle babe?

Will try the steam thing this morning, he can be in there when I'm in the shower.

It like a baby vicks but not as strong. It says 3mth plus in pack but I used it on dd and pharmacy said as long as not direct onto chest then ok. I put it on his feet and some on his babygro. He's had big bogies this morning so it's dried the snot. He slept 7:30 - 3:30 then woke at 7:00 for a feed.

I always used it on dd from young age

I tried the saline nasal spray on R earlier this week as she was snuffly - having been somewhat sceptical about them I have to say they were fabulous!!!

She stopped snorting very quickly!!

to help baby sleep at night i was adviced to elevate baby's mattrace a little by putting few books under.
it helps them breathe as being flat it makes them worse.
