Going to the toilet

I'm sorry but I have to ask ...

Has anyone else who breastfeeds noticed they go to the toilet more often? I know it's a personal question & tmi but I have to go twice a day now and I get cramps if I don't. Sometimes it's three times and (sorry tmi again) it's not the runs and not necessarily a small amount.

So sorry to gross you all out but I'm convinced it's breastfeeding that's doing it.

Tbh I think I probably do, but I am eating more while breastfeeding cos I'm ALWAYS hungry, plus my diet has changed to make sure Lizzie gets good stuff, so it could just be that

Yep! I always need the loo when expressing for some reason too. Before BFing I was a once every two days girl, now 3-5 times a day.

I'm sure the reason will make perfect sense. Rayoflight, I always have to go halfway through changing Joe, normally as I've just taken the nappy off lol!
