Godmother question

Ok,I wasn't sure were to put this but my sister in gettin married in 6 weeks and at same time is gettin her daughter christened...I'm goin to be godmother but I haven't been christened and not sure if this is gonna cause a problem or not? My big mouthed sister told the vicar a year ago that I wasn't christened and she said that was ok asking as I got christened b4 the day...I haven't done this as tbh I don't practice any religion...my sister is only gettin married in church cos her mil paid for it!? My mum said that no1 has ever asked her if she was christened or not. Does any1 have any info/advice? xxx

Officially no you can't be godmother if you're not christened but I don't know how they can check on this as as far as I am aware there's no documentation x

That's what I thought...my mum said if they ask then to tell them I was done as a baby but my sisters weren't x x

Yeah, they dont check!! Although I've got an ickle certificate somewhere to say I'm christened
