Why teens think marriage will make a relationship all magical and perfect i'll never know.

I know people twice their age who think the same, it's so blinkered :?

Age is so irrelevant when it comes to marriage, and I agree people do make assumptions when programmes like this are shown.

Years ago, almost everyone would have been married off before 20!

i guess so, i dont understand why they were making comments like '1 in 10 teen marriages end within 2 years'. :? a lot of marriages end it 2 years. Then when i get to work people ask me if i saw it and say 'ooooww so it aint only you who got married at 16' :x like im some kinda freak!!

we know your not a freak hun!

Age is no indication of maturity, there are very mature 16 year olds getting married for the right reasons, and very immature 60 year olds getting married for the wrong reasons IMO.

To work off their Viagra?

Jenna, you're a great example of someone getting married for the right reasons, even when faced with opposition because of your age
