You canalways tell them travellers.. They usually irish? cos u ad 2 keep an eye on them they would steal looooads of clothes
even their children would

Oh and when i worked in Barratts my amanager told me to only get them 1 pair of shoes at a time cos they would try and get u 2 get hundreds of pairs out so they culd steal them

and when i lived in a posh area with my mum and dad i'm talking like the house prices are £515,000 well thats what my rents 1 was but we had elderly neighbours
Some of them started 2 do their driveway they dug it all up etc asked for money in advance and then went away and never came back poor old ppl

There well dodgy they always get follwed round in shops, where i used to live in newark they have there own site, and they do odd jobs just to con more money out of people, especially elderly!

You always know they are dodgy when they only have a mobilenumber for contact and no landline or fixed address .

Although they were here a few weeks ago and they were in the city park, when a school took primary 3s for a school trip (6-7year olds) and a group of the teenage travllers started shouting abuse at the kids and teachers and throwing things like rocks and stuff at them .

Im from Romany gypsy stock, and yes there are many dodgy other types of travellers/gypsies (especially those who join the lifestyle other than being born into it) but there are also many many genuine ones. They mainly live in Europe as its very difficult to find space in Britain, but there still actually a good few thousand here who are genuine. They are totally self-sufficient - working the land and selling handmade and homegrown goods to raise money to buy the land they live on, they dont claim benefits, are very good at home-schooling thier children and very rarely use the nhs unless its absolutely necassary.

But then this is the Romanies im talking about, other "travellers" are usually just people who want to drop out of society while still taking what they can from it, and they give the good ones a very bad name.

i watched about 10 mins and turned over. I dont like programmes like that because people will watch it and think im the same as them. Why teens think marriage will make a relationship all magical and perfect i'll never know. Not trying to say they shouldnt have done it but they have some right immature people on the tv and it makes people think all teen mariages are the same.
