Get off the bump!!

My baby really dislikes anything leaning on him apart from a hand that is but he can tell if its something else! Yesteday my Mum and Dads cat sat on my lap and leaned on my bump when I was over there and bubs started kicking so much the cat was being rocked backwards and forwards from the impact LOL

Its the same with books or plates - how do they know? its not like a magazine is heavy!

Mine is the same lol

I like to sit with a cushion over my bump to rest my arms/hands on as I find it more comfy but LO squirms and wriggles and if I take my hands off the cushion often LO kicks so hard the cushion leaps into the air

But if its my hands only, things are calmer.

Hubby read to Bump the other night as I was so fed up and tired and the wriggling had been going on for ages so I could not settle. 10 minutes of hubbys reading matter, Cryptonomican soon had Bump settled. Me too Maybe our baby's not a geek

I knew it was time to move to maternity undies when LO started kicking the crap out of the waistband of my knickers.

same here. when i was in hospital and they put the monitors on tummy, baby would find them and kick out lol.
also if the OH cuddles me, i would feel a flutter ad then it would start to kick him off.
