I have ordered the equazen mumomega, I beleive that it helps the ovaries, and I am getting the agnus Castus to help regulate my periods, I heard that it helps before a few months back. But it says to stop taking agnus castus as soon as you get preggas. If you are getting agnus castus, its really cheap on Holland and Barrett. The equazen I got from the online pharmacy
