My friend just found out she's pregnant but last week she had general anaesthetic as she needed some teeth taking out. She had a misscarage a quite a few months ago and has been trying for a baby since so she is abit worried about misscarrying again. Does anyone know if it could of harmed the baby in any way? xx

I'd suggest she goes and sees her GP asap to talk about it as there are potential issues that can arise from general anaesthetics, especially in the 1st trimester, and given her earlier miscarriage I think she should get some medical reassurence from her GP, and even an early scan. Sending very best wishes, I'm assuming she has been OK since the general and so that's a great sign. Wishing her a happy and comfy pregnancy too and congratulations :D
