Hi,
I had an awful night with james last night, he hardly slept and was very unsettled. When i put him down to sleep he grunted a lot and arched his legs, but he did not have wind... i had a very garlicy curry for tea, would it of affected my milk, could he have had indigestion?
It was so unlike him, normally he settles back into his cot bed right away after his feeds during the night.
Can what you eat affect your milk?

Yes, it can. Garlic seems to make Sprog's tummy sore, which is a right bugger as I love it!

I've heard garlic and spicy food can affect breast milk but don't think I've had it since i had her so not sure to what extent. :D
