I think I got a load when pregnant last time cos I ate crap but didn't have any bad attacks until after. It got soooo bad I had my gallbladder out thank god! Have you got them? Xx

Not definite, i have had some pain around the rib from about 13 weeks on and off but over the last week or so it has got worse, sometimes in unbearable. I went to the doctors and they have referred me for a ultrasound so am waiting for appointment. I just wondered what it actually feels like? Xx ive read up on it n symptoms are similar. Sometimes its so unbearable, im not sure if its just position of baby though x

Don't let them fob you off, last pregnancy I had really bad gallbladder attacks to the point where I vomited with the pain every
time. They tried to say it was just baby kicking my bile duct. Interesting considering she was breech!

I eventually got rushed to hospital 6 weeks postpartum and got really ill. My gallbladder was removed but I was in hospital away from my baby for a fortnight.

Make sure the doctors put a postnatal plan in place! Xx

I had a stone stuck in my bile duct & it was more painful than labour. When you get an attack (when the bile tries to get down the blocked duct), I got this intense pain on right side under my rib front & back. Absolute agony! It can make you really ill if it carries on so at least they are giving you an ultrasound. Apparently it's quite common to get them in pregnancy. Watch what you eat, fats & things with high cholesterol like eggs can bring on attacks...and strange things like onions brought them on for me! You have my full sympathy if you have them xx
