Full of holes!

well had my GTT this morning, had the new girl doing it

She couldnt get a vein and then she got one and couldnt get any out of it that bloody hurt!

So then the usual woman did it on my left arm and it was fine,

Was dreading going back two hours later for the other but then when i got their , the usual woman whispered out of earshot "dont worry i will do this one" and it was fine - so got 3 holes and bruises in right arm and one hole and bruise in the other,

Oh and then i had my B12 injection this afternoon so i feel like a human collander

Got appointment with consultant and growth scan tomorrow so fingers crossed they have the results then

Not nice!

My hospital does a quick thumb prick with a diabetes thingy (lol), then squeezes a little blood out into a little thing and puts it into a machine, they et a reading within mins....then sit for the time with the drink. After2 hours, thumb prick again. Results same morning. No needles
