Frustrated baby

I'm definitely getting there with this bf thing, but twice a day get a very hungry frustrated baby who wants more milk faster than I csn give it. She jerks her head around and fusees. I've got a very bruised nipple one side.
Any suggestions?

No advice but I get this too! I have a fast let down so she gets loads quickly to start with, then at the end she's fussing as she has to work for it. Not sure what to do! X
