Right....iv a couple of cod fillets in the freezer. Does anyone know if its ok to defrost them and make up some portions with veg or whatever then refreeze it?
I think its ok to defrost them if they are raw, then cook them and freeze them once cooked. I don't think you're supposed to refreeze in the same state (i.e. raw and raw or cooked and cooked) if that makes sense?! X
