freezing milk?

Hi

i know this has been asked before but.......
Im gonna start pumping and freezing my milk so how do i do it , do i just put it in little zip lock baggies and freeze it with the dates or do i freeze them in bottles ??Please help.
im planning to strat when i get back form my holiday thanks.

Just to pre warn you, your not supposed to keep breast milk in the freezer more than 3 days I think it is as apprantly your milk keeps changing for your growing baby & they wont be getting what they need.

Are you sure that's not 3 months?
I've looked all over google and every site I've looked at says 3- 6 months. I'm sure you milk wouldn't so dramatically in 3 days that you couldn't use it.

ya i was told 3 months in a regular freezer and 6 in a deep freeze, wont be in there that long anyways just need it the odd day i decide to go out.
Where did you hear three days that dont sound right?
