i do just pop it into a bag and pop it in the deep freeze, i currently have 3oz (i have to express on a night time when harry sleeps cuz he's such a greedy monkey throughout the day! lol )
I only manage to get a small bit off so I have loads of bloody bags with 1oz in the freezer. I was going to save them up and freeze in one feeds amount but it's probably not a good idea to do that.
No it can stay in the fridge for up to 8 days where you can add to it. When you freeze it make sure it has the earliest date on it. BM is amazing stuff not like normal milk. http://www.mother-2-mother.com/storemilk.htm
I found it easier to express about an hour after her last feed at night. I try and empty both boobs, cos she won't want fed for a bit longer, then I freeze it in the morning - or a couple of days later depending on our routine. Xxx
