forward facing car seat, can you help?

Hi all

OHs parents have said they will get us a forward facing car seat for luke for christmas, we have been looking everywhere for one, the thing is we need one tht is quite supportive but also doesn't have the base that stays in the car as luke goes to a child minder and he goes in her car, we need one that we can take in and out quite easily that fits in more than one car, don't think i have explained this very well, but basically does anyone recommend a group 1 car seat that doesn't have a base that stays in the car, or have another solution for us.

You can get it a bit cheaper than that if you shop around, i've found a girls one (pink & lilac) for £79.99, and think it looks soooo cosy. Its actually for 9 months to 11 years, and sections come off as the child grows.
Also, I think the britax website has a service to tell you what seat will fit in your car too. [/url]
