Formula question

Little man still only takes 4oz at a feed he seems satisfied and is gaining weight so Im not too worried but it seems so much less than what they recommend. Should I worry

If he's satisfied and gaining I don't think there's anything to worry about. How often is he feeding? On my tin of formula it says 4oz, 6 bottles a day but every baby is different and once the weather warms up a bit he might get more thirsty xxxxxxxx

Nothing to worry about Sophie only moved upto 6 oz a few weeks ago and before that she had just been quite happily supping 4oz x

Albert's 4 weeks today, he was only 6lb when he was born and is now 7lb 2oz. He has a dairy allergy so is on soya milk but is thriving on it! I think he's making up for being born little lol

Everyone has different appetites but if you are worried talk to the HV. He sounds perfectly happy and healthy though hun xxxxxxxxx

My son only took about 4-5 oz's till he was 6 months old. He only started taking more after I changed his milk once he was weaned and was off the hungary milk to the follow on. He took about 7 oz's max at 9 months and only started drinking a full bottle when he hit 11 months to one x

AJ is 6 weeks and will only take 4ozs every 4 hours. He is putting on lots of weight now though so hv said just to make his bottles up to 5ozs and offer it to him everytime. They will have what they want. xxxxxx

I've got a 4 week old fatty! She quite often has 5 oz a time and then a bit more!! Lol

Rhea is 6 mths and only has 3 x 6oz bottles and 1 x 4oz bottle but is on hungry milk and is on 75th centile !!!! Both my boys were on 9 oz bottles of hungry milk at this age and were only on 25th centile . So every baby is different hun sounds like he is doing fine xxx
