Formula Question

Hi Ladies
Brody has stage 2 aptimil, but I also have 2 cartons of SMA gold knocking around which I bought as spares before I decided on Aptimil.
Would it be OK to mix these with his food? Has anyone else done it?

I don't want to chuck them away as it seems like a waste as I am always trying to get more milk into him.

I can't see why not? I know you can put formula in with breakfast cereals and stuff for them and as it's ready made I don't think it should be any different?

 

Damien has stage 2 aptimil (or number 3 on the carton) for mixing into his food (well he has the last few days anyway) and seems fine with it. Although saying that he isn't drinking hs other milk and wasn't before so I don't know if that will affect anything??

Yeah I mix the aptimil with his food all the time, I was wondering whether the SMA would be ok as it's a different brand, or might it upset his tummy?

the midwife at the hospital told me not to mix the formulars but i dont know if this only applys to new borns xxxx
