Follow on milk

My Alex is nearly 7 months now and he has finally started taking his solids now that I have stopped my comfort breast feeds which was stopping him from being hungry he now has 3 solids a day a morning breast feed and night time breast feed and 3 formula bottles a day just wondered if anyone has moved their baby to follow on milk once fully weaned or just stayed on stage 1 formula

We chnged to follow on milk at 6 1/2 months.

My HV said that I didn't need to as my DS has a balance diet, but I changed any way. To be honest I can get the follow on milk cheaper so it made sense to change.

We haven't had any problems. (I never breast fed if that makes any differnece) xxx

weve moved into follow on , his not so keen and his poos are different but given him at least 2 weeks on it before seeing if another suits best .
