Anyone know what there policies are when flying with a small baby.

Can i take a car seat and check it in as baggage?
What happens to the pushchair?
Can you take bottles on the flight now?

I cant find the information on their website

Thanks

I checked the car seat and pushchair through as luggage, I wasn't allowed to take it to the plane. I had the baby in a sling and was allowed to board and disembark first. I sat on the very front seat.

I had those sealed cartons of milk with me.

Yep you can take a car seat. We were allowed to take ours to the gate as it was part of the travel system but didn't get it back till baggage reclaim (though we got the buggy part back at the gate when we arrived).

You can take enough bottles for your journey - we just took the powder for her milk and a flask of warm water. They might ask you to taste it - they did on the way but not on the way back (was Edinburgh-Amsterdam) for us. I had posted a thread about this and someone was made to open the cartons of formula to taste them so I decided not to bother with that idea.

Hope that helps!

Thank you im hoping to still be breastfeeding but just wanted to check.

Car seat won't go as hand luggage. Has to be a certain shape/size bag to be allowed.

Pushchair will have to go in the hold also iirc.
