I'm determined as of first of June I'm sorting my diet out. I eat total crap and it's annoying me. A friend of mine has said that she will also start on 1st of June so we both have each other for motivation.
My biggest problem will be aside from chocolate lol, exercise. I have to be careful not to overdo things because of my Cerebral Palsy but gentle walking will help as long as I don't overdo it. I need motivation to do it every day though! Agh!
Also, has anyone here done yoga before? Yay or nay on a gentle form of exercise?

Good luck! My mam used to do yoga! It's surprising how much u tone from it xx

Thanks!!! I did a bit of research and found out that yoga is actually highly recommended for CP so I'm definitely going down that route!

Good luck with it!! Keep us posted on how you get on x

Well due to having my time wasted by medical assessment centres yesterday I was exhausted today and slept stupidly late. So health kick has failed before its began. Day 1 cup of tea about 1.30pm. No food, have no appetite. Fail.

no not fail today didnt work out try to remain healthy for the rest of te day and then tomorrow is shiny and new

Good point. Today has been a little better. Decaf coffee, yogurt and grapes. Gonna make breakfast muffins.

Yoga is a great way of exercising and I am doing it for 11 years. It helps me a lot and pretty relaxing...

Badly!! I did ok for a bit but now I can't really afford healthy food because my money has been majorly cut and I can't work. So this next attempt at ttc probably won't be a success because I'm not really eating more than one meal a day cause I can't afford it. As much as I want to healthy eating/eating in general isn't much of an option right now.
