first period

i just went to the loo & i've had some very light spotting, could this be the start of a period? my post birth bleeding ended ages ago.
i thought you didn't get period whilst BF? boo!

some people are lucky and don't get a period while bf but others do

mine just started today as well. I'm also breastfeeding and its very, very light in comparison to my normal extremely heavy ones.

do you know if its ok to use tampons so soon after you had a natural delivery?

mine started properly today, it's still reasonably light though. not tampons in the house either, doh!

I am using really old tampons if thats any consolation. Hmm can tampons go out of date??
