Periods and breastfeeding...

...So last time I breast fed I didn't have a period at all. Not a sniff of one.

But now I've got really period like cramps like I'm due on or something.

Has anyone had their AF whilst BF?? Or could it just be postnatal type pains??

Mystery solved...

DH just reminded me I took some prune concentrate this morning which has made me a bit... erm.. over-regular iykwim.... Think it's given me a runny tummy!!

I had periods whilst i was bf k! Does sound like the prune juice could be to blame tho

i didn't stop bleeding sinnce i had Riley until last week today! so can't answer your question. i have an implant and breastfeeding so REALLY hoping i don't bleed for the whole 3 years of the implant.. lol!! xxx

I stopped bleeding after 2/3 weeks thank god. Couldn't cope with any more x

I had what seemed like a normal period when both my boys were 6 weeks old, then nothing until Sam was 6 months (and nothing yet this time but I'm on the mini pill) x

I had normal periods both times wen I breastfed,periods returned like clockwork xx
