First kicks/movement?

15 weeks exactly! but it'd come and go, it got very stable at 22-23 weeks!

22 weeks for me and that was only occasionally and more like flutters...
They got more constant at around 27 weeks and more like kicks at 29 weeks...
I have anterior placenta btw....

The first time i was certain it was baby, i was 20 weeks. I may have felt him before that but i wasnt 100% sure.

It is the most amazing feeling. Mind you, it can be quite hard now and uncomfortable and my whole tummy ripples and quivers and you can see odd lumps poking out. Hubby jokes that its like the chest bursting scene from Alien!! :)

What is it with men and Alien?!?! My DH is always saying things like that!

I think I first felt something about 16/17 weeks - like a fluttery/nervy twitch kinda feeling - I've had some weird sensations over the last few weeks which I've put down to LO. Currently feels like she is doing somersaults......:)

lol my hubby keeps making Alien comments!! Must be a man thing!
Weirdly, my mum said the best way she could describe early baby movements is like when you get a twitch in your eye! Exactly what some of you guys said, so guess the old dear is right lol

I really don't think I'm that in tune with my body lol, with my previous pregnancies I don't remember feeling butterflies or twitching but to be honest I can't tell what's wind or not :-/ I do remember lying on my side at about 26 weeks with my first and it feeling like he was walking/bouncing on the mattress under my bump :) my youngest used to go mad late on when I took the plug out of the bath :) and he was transverse so could constantly feel him trying to get head down (poor thing placenta was in the way) I had a late loss too and he would always poke right under my belly button lol xxx
