as a few of you knows we are looking for a house to rent. First one we went to view was taken before we got trough the door, second one we where the first viewers, lovely and fresh house with massive garden and we loved it! IT WAS OURS! we where quick with money next morning so noone could snatch it from us.. only to find out landlord had changed his mind and had some private renters (we are going trough agencies) I WAS IN BITS! 
today a new house was up.. i have seen pics and i love it. i called and they haavent started veiwings yet but i was first to call so hopefully something will go our way this time. Its a little expensive but its a nice place for Noa.
so fingers crossed it goes our way this time.
