FET and pessaries advice

Hi,
As a few of you know I'm doing a FET natural cycle and Im very excited to let you all know that the opk was positive at lunchtime today. I've got some progesterone pessaries from the clinic and I'm wondering when I need to start using them?
We have a 5 day blast that we will transfer. I have contacted the clinic but they are closed with it being Sunday.
Can anybody offer me any advice about when you started using them during your FET cycles?

Hi hun I started mine 5 days prior to transfer and mine was a 5 day blast xx
