I've been taking 12 a day. (4 tablets 3times a day) When you start smelling you know you're getting plenty!

Yes...that's exactly how I would describe it...kinda like a sweet curry! I find that I can really smell it in my sweat.

I take 3 or 4 three times a day as well. You know its working when you smell like maple syrup!

yeah im just planning on using the tub n thats all. started them yesterday and only needed 1 proper bottle feed n 1 extra oz. no top ups necessary so far today either

only gave half a bottle yesterday and tho Alyssa is screaming and wouldnt settle after daddy brought her to bed i know its not cos shes hungry as she only took an oz and a half from the bottle i made just in case and was practically asleep when she had a mouthful lol

same here, i can practically skip the topups all together now, just had 1 2oz topup the last 2 days n nothing extra so far today.
