Feeling stupid

So I misscarried in October, and during December we started to try again.
Ever since I ovulated I was starting to feel pregnant again, was getting all the symptoms back. So with 5 days till I was meant to test, I started having some bleeding which I thought could be an implantation bleed. So I was a bit naughty and tested and it was positive!!! but I'm so worried that this bleeding I'm having is more than the 'spotting' and worried that I'm just going to miscarry again.. I feel stupid for testing cos I'm just going to worry about everything!! . Any ideas?

Hi bunny, sorry for your loss. I also miscarried in October. I think it's a sad fact that ladies in our position will never have that same excitement about a bfp again, no matter the circumstances, because we know too well that bfp doesn't always automatically = baby.
I'm afraid I don't have any advice about the spotting other than what I've read - if it's enough to require a pad or is accompanied by cramps it may not be a good sign, but lots of women experience varying degrees of implantation bleeding. Right now you ARE pregnant again congratulations. There's no reason to think this one won't be sticky but I know how frustrating it is when people just say 'try not to worry / be positive' it's exactly what you should do but pretty impossible in the circumstances when you just want answers.
I know it's Sunday today but can you call your gp first thing tomorrow to explain the situation, given your previous miscarriage they might give you a scan or blood test?
Alternatively you could pay to have the HCG blood test privately. This is what I did, results within 4hrs (repeated 48hrs later) - it will tell you whether the pregnancy is progressing as it should or not.

Will look into blood tests after New Years and start testing, I'm just going to try and relax as much as possible and enjoy the holidays.

Good plan! I'm supposed to test Christmas day but I'm not going to for the same reason - I just want to enjoy the holidays with my family. If it's neg I'll be disappointed and if it's pos I'll be anxious so best just to wait and (try to) relax. No symptoms at all which is disappointing - usually I can cling to a 'twinge' or 'sore boob' for a glimmer of hope but not this cycle ... even normal AF symptoms appear to have abandoned me this month! never mind. Hope your spotting has stopped now and you can have a lovely relaxing Christmas xxx

Hi Hun, I caved and tested early on Christmas eve and got a I'm so happy but like you so anxious already. I'm only 4+2 so I really don't want to get too excited but I REALLY wish with all my heart that you and I are bump buddies!!
Our journeys have been so similar - both lost in October then pregnant again in December and our cycles are pretty much the same time I think?! I am currently due 4th September.
How are you doing??

Oh yay!! Congrats!! I'm so pleased you got a bfp!!
I'm 4+4 today, feeling so anxious and nervous wondering if this baby will stick. Just wish I could have a scan and see it although I know there's not much to see just yet.
It totally seems like we are in sync with our cycles and everything will be keeping my fingers crossed too that we both get sticky babies and can be bump buddies!

Please consult with your family Doctor he will explain better to you after diagnizing your body completely. Bleeding can be normal at the of pregnancy but if it is much then you must consult with Dr. Dont take any risk...

Are you having some issues maxadam, my spotting stopped so now I just need this to be a sticky baby can't wait for a scan in a couple of weeks
