Feeling really poorly :(

So yesterday I felt I was coming down with a cold. I now ache all over, have a high temp, my eyes and ears are sore, as is my throat and I generally feel rather grotty.

I'm not sure if it's a viral thing or not or worth ringing the doctors or the hospital but I really really hop this passes soon as I do not want to be going into labour feeling like this
