Feeling more like it's real now so moving into 1st tri

Hello,

Well a week today I was shaking as we got our BFP! Today I went to the Doctors and talked through what happens now so it's feeling more real

Got my first apt with midwife on 25th June - Was really funny when receptionist said where would you like your baby (have choice of two hosp) that was when I think it hit me but also felt like I was buying something and booking a delivery suppose nearly the same thing just the most expensive thing in the world to me & hubby lol

Thanks all - still doesn't feel real haven't got many symptoms apart from wind but from the posts I have read I don't seem to be alone on that one!

Feeling like my belly is growing by the day and worried people at work & friends are going to start asking questions before I feel safe to say anything.
