Hello ladie .. basically i found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago and I was sooo happy because we planned it !!!.... for the past 3 days Iv just been feeling really low and kinda depressed for no reason .. like i should be happy not sad ..so I dont know if any of you felt like this during pregnancy? And why am I feeling like that ? Will it go away ? ??

Hi hun,

I felt like this as well and this is my third pregnancy, I do think its common to suffer from anxiety and worry!
All your hormones are all over the place and extra ones too however make sure you go and see someone if this feeling doesn't pass. Mine passed after a week or 2 and I think I was around 6 weeks when it hit me xx

I felt really down around 6-8 weeks ! Defo hormones I think xx

Hey Izabela,

i used to feel like that too so don't be too hardd on yourself. It's probably just hormones, darl xx It went away after awhile so just keep your mind focused on other things and especially on your new baby!!

i wanted to try my luck and ask here if any of you ladies usually go for massages during pregnancy? a mate recommeded heading to a myotherapy place (https://www.adaptmyotherapy.com.au/pregnancy-massage/) but i'm not sure if its safe or if it'll be good for the baby.. if anyone has any experience please share thank you

Cheers

Hormones are going crazy! I'm sure it will pass x

It happens to so many of us, it's completely normal.
Just make sure you inform your support network; friends, family & OH and you may even feel better just by telling them.
X
