feeling dizzy and faint again

Was sat here about half hour and suddenly the room was moving and felt dizzy and hot again, thought I was going to pass out but needed the loo as well so text OH to ring me 10 mins later in case I pass out in the meantime but I didnt.
Got work tonight which Im not looking forward to but if I feel like this then I'll be coming home, need to go in rather than ring in sick as theres only two of us and theyve already covered for the other one as she has a chest infection

ETA Just checked pulse which is 112bpm

Sounds like low bp or blood sugar hun. Have you eaten today?

I'd book an appointment with the GP to get your bloods and BP checked!
