Feeling defeated

Been back to see my gynae today to be given another 3 months of 50 mg of clomid because I ovulated (confirmed by blood test) on my first round she said it is probably making me ovulate every cycle she’s given me that to take days 2-6 and then norethisyerone days 12-26, I don’t know how it’s all going to work and help me conceive but right now I just feel like giving up, my year said I can have 12 rounds of clomid before she’ll look at anything else 😢
