Feeling absolutely rotten

Since I've been awake with tummy aches and pelvic pain since 4 AM I decided to leave work after a couple of hours and see my GP instead. In the morning I was confident that I would hold out until my mw appointment on thurs, but then I thought it's better to check it, at least to make sure that the sproglet's ok too.

Turns out it's apparently a bladder infection, or at least that's what he thinks it is, he sent a urine sample of, I didn't know that you can feel so bad from it, especially as it doesn't sting when I pee, but it sure hurt when he pressed down on my bladder. Now I'm told to put my feet up for a couple of days, and I don't have time to rest. But when I mentioned to my bloke that I think I'll just see how I feel tomorrow he threatened to nail the duvet to the mattress just to make sure I stay in bed. All not good. And I don't even have milk in the house to make myself a cuppa.

Oh poor you
being pregnant can be tough enough but to have an infection too is just rotten.
I hope you get over it soon
