Feeling A Bit Down :(

I didnt realise until today i thought i looked ok but my mate confirmed it to me. I now have love handle's, a fat a**e and an ever expanding tummy. To add insult to injury hubby even told me the same commented on what i was wearing and told me i cant get away with wearing my legging's and top that i had on as it doesnt look right on me anymore. Ok i know im a bit naughty where food is concerned but i didnt think i looked that bad. I feel upset now

That is very rude of people to comment like that about you or what you are wearing!
Think of the positives, and the beautiful little one you are nurturing and growing in your belly. It is normal to put on a bit of bum-weight too, that's where a lot of pregnant women store it, and it's not forever, it'll soon disappear once you're running around frantically! Besides, it's probably nowhere near as bad as it seems to be to you.

aww hun you are growing a baby unfortunatly we do have to put on a bit of weight its all in a good cause, people are very insensitive though have some hugs and don't take it to heart they are probably trying to make themselves feel better xx

at least you put on weight for a reason, others havnt, comment on something that they dont like they soon kno how it feels checky gits..use your "love handles" and flatten them lol

aw hun dont feel down, i can totally relate to you though after this weekend my MIL said i had the weight all going on my bum now i feel conscious about it

Im probably carrying a girl too so I guess this is the price we pay, you are only preg for 9 months, you have the rest of your life to lose weight, think of the weight now and nurturing a healthy growing baby. xxxx

Argh people just think they can say what they like!! It sounds like they don't mean anything by it but it is slightly hurtful.

That's really nasty of people to make comments like that! It's up to you what you wear and you are pregnant at the end of the day! You're bound to be bigger than normal...why people think it's ok to insult pregnant women who are already conscious of weight gain is really insensitive! I'm sure you look just fine and glowing at the moment

aww hun you take no bloody no bloody notice of anyone.... so long as you and baby are healthy thats all that matters..... we are going to put on weight... there are things we arent going to be able to wear, thats life at the moment... BUT how rude can people be when ya pregnant and think its their right to tell you how "big" your getting etc.... makes me sick cause im sure they would be saying something about it if you wernt eating... enjoy been pregnant my darling and take no notice of anyone!!
