feel wrecked :'(

here I go moaning again... I have nausea which makes me feel disgusting inside and the worst cold/flu ever, its disgusting :'( I can't even have a decent nights sleep without a tickling sorethroat blocked nose, if I take anymore days off work I will actually get sacked :'( each time I cough I feel as if I'm going to puke.. how many paracetamols can I take? I wana cry my heart out with the misery I'm feeling :'(

I sympathise hun ive had a weird sinus thing that made me feel like puking in the morning because I couldnt clear my throat, hang in there xx
